Formerly operated as the InRich Career Resource Centres, the Career Development Association of Inverness Richmond has been in operation since May 2005.  CDAIR is funded by the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education. CDAIR provides case management services to clients in the four employability dimensions of job search, career decision making, skill enhancement, and employment maintenance.

 

The Centres are located in Port Hawkesbury and Inverness servicing the residents of Inverness and Richmond Counties with outreach offices in St. Peter's, Petit de Grat and Cheticamp.
